CurtainHop
Ticket Terms
Last updated: October 19, 2026
The rules for buying a ticket through CurtainHop. What I collect and why is in the CurtainHop privacy policy.
Who this is with
CurtainHop, at hop.leespringer.co, is run by me, Lee Springer, doing business as Lee Springer Co., in Plainfield, Illinois. In these terms, “I” and “me” mean Lee Springer. “You” means anyone who buys a ticket or signs in.
I am the seller of your ticket. The venue puts on the show and is responsible for the show itself.
If Lee Springer Co., LLC is formed, I may move CurtainHop and these terms to that LLC.
Buying a ticket means you accept these terms and the CurtainHop privacy policy.
Prices and fees
Each ticket costs the price the venue sets, plus a $3 service fee per ticket, plus 3.3% for card processing. You see the full total before you pay.
Prices are in US dollars.
All sales final
All sales are final. If you can’t make it, there are no refunds or exchanges.
Canceled shows
If a show is canceled, you get the ticket price and the $3 service fee back, refunded to your original payment. Card processing fees are refunded only if our payment processor returns them.
Postponed shows
If a show is postponed, your tickets carry over to the new date. No refunds for postponed shows.
Your ticket
Each ticket has a QR code that works once. After the first scan, a copy won’t get in.
If you lose your ticket, sign in to see it, or email me and I’ll resend it.
I’m not responsible if someone else already used a screenshot or copy of your ticket.
Resale
No resale. Tickets may not be resold.
Entry and conduct
The venue’s rules apply, including seating, photos and video, and disruptions.
The venue may refuse entry or ask someone to leave. If that happens, there is no refund.
Who to ask
Questions about the show, like times, parking, or seating help, go to the venue. Its phone number is on your ticket email.
Ticket, payment, or sign-in problems go to me at tickets@leespringer.co.
Chargebacks
Your order record and the checkbox at checkout are your agreement to these terms. Please email me first if something is wrong. Most problems are quick to fix.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, my total liability is limited to what you paid for that ticket order.
I’m not responsible for the show’s content or for what happens at the venue.
Law
Illinois law applies. Any dispute goes to the courts in Will County, Illinois.
Changes
I may update these terms. When I do, the date at the top changes. The terms in place when you bought your ticket cover that order.
